Sorter Unit are generally mounted below the tool of an injection molding machine and serve to separate the material flow. The body of the reject chute consists of stable welded stainless steel and disposes of a moveable flap which divides the material flow into two channels (2-way chute).

How It Works
Sorting in Injection Moulding Machine
The Quality Sorter Unit works directly inside the injection moulding machine, using a rotating plate to direct material flow forward or backward.
Signal-Based Sorting
After every shot, the sorter receives a signal indicating whether the product is good or bad based on deviation parameters.
Pneumatic Flap Action
If a "shot bad" signal occurs, the pneumatic flap switches to divert reject parts; when the signal drops, the flap resets to its initial position.
